Role of SchoolConex
SchoolConex is an infrastructure and operations partner, not a school. We support school operations, course-delivery infrastructure, assessment workflows, documentation, and academic support. Final academic decisions, credit granting, official records, transcripts, and school approvals remain with each school's authorized leadership and principal-of-record.
Third-party outcomes
SchoolConex supports private-school infrastructure, academic workflows, and partner operations. Final academic decisions and official records remain with authorized school leadership. University, visa, immigration, and scholarship outcomes are determined by third-party institutions and government authorities.
Guides, tools, and the chat assistant
Our guides, checklists, quiz, and AI chat assistant are informational aids. The chat assistant generates answers automatically and, like any AI system, can be incomplete or wrong; verify anything you plan to rely on and do not submit sensitive personal information through it. No website content or chat reply creates a contract, guarantee, or professional advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website: no attempts to break, probe, or overload it, no scraping of personal data, no submitting false or unlawful content through forms or chat, and no use of the chat assistant for anything unrelated to evaluating SchoolConex.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, product visuals, guides, and video, is the property of SchoolConex and may not be reproduced without permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.
No warranties; limitation
This website is provided “as is”. Services we deliver to partner schools are governed by their own written agreements, not these website terms.
